Life is about the journey, not the destination
As a trained labyrinth facilitator through the Labyrinth Journey Network, I am thrilled to bring the benefits of labyrinth walking to as many people as possible. Having incorporated labyrinth walking into my music therapy practice, I am experienced in leading people into and through their unique personal journey of self-discovery. Find your Inner Harmony
Labyrinth walking is a form of moving mediation, as it inherently incorporates elements of grounding and exploration. More deeply, walking a labyrinth is a metaphor for one's journey in the world, as it echoes the twists and turns of life. Walking the labyrinth's single, unicursal path can be a very powerful and unique experience for personal and interpersonal exploration, as evidenced through the labyrinth revival of our culture. The labyrinth is a versatile tool that can be adapted for many uses, from secular to spiritual, from individual to group, and within many types of institutions and settings. To walk the labyrinth is to embark on a journey of discovery, and I encourage you to try it and see where it takes you.
